Lead practitioner Pedagogy

AT A FACULTY MEETING:

When the Lead Practitioner attends he will:

Look at the faculty improvement plan and discuss how he can help meet learning and teaching goals for the academic year. This will link to teacher targets and the CLPL groupings.

REQUEST FOR SUPPORT:

When you request support the following will happen:

​

1. I will contact you directly to arrange a time to speak/discuss the focus further. This will be in a coaching type conversation following the 'growth' format pictured. 

​

2. We will make plans to complete the work, or engage with other practitioners to do the same collaboratively

​

3. We will review the process and you will be asked to share your expertise/practice with staff at whole school, faculty or teacher level (in the school and/or cluster)
