1. Login to Glow using your username and password. Once on click on 'management console' at the top.

 

 

 

 

2. Click student from the list.

3. Type their surname into the search bar and press enter

​

​

4. When you have found their name click on the drop down actions button by their name and click 'change password'.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Give them a new and easy password and press save. 

​

​

Pupils can now log in using their new details.
