Dylan Wiliams 'embedded formative assessment' book was introduced to us as a staff when we completed the Tapestry programme. For those who did not part take, as a staff we were provided with this book to read. There will be multiple copies within our staff which I am sure you can borrow if you wish (just ask).
A good place to start is CHAPTER 5 - Providing feedback that moves learning forward.
