Did you know you could quickly chat/message your colleagues using skype for business? Here is how...
1. Click on the 'SKYPE FOR BUSINESS ICON' to open it

2. To find the person you are looking for type their name in the search box

3. Right click on the persons name and click on 'Send an IM' or double click their name and it will open a dialogue box.

4. Type in the box to chat. If the person doesn't reply it will email them your chat, if they didn't see it. You can still chat to people if they are classed as 'busy'

BONUS TIP!

Your 'status' reflects your calendar entry. It will mark you busy if you have entries in at the time.
