Lead practitioner Pedagogy

REMIT:

Work with the DHT (Learning and Teaching) to develop and implement strategies to improve learning and teaching across the school (including technology) to enhance learning.

 

Lead and contribute to the professional learning of all colleagues in relation to pedagogy.

 

Plan and teach collaboratively with colleagues throughout the school and provide pedagogical support through coaching processes.

 

Lead and support practitioner research and enquiry though a range of processes including professional learning communities.

Create opportunities for teachers to share practice across the school and at cluster level.

 

Support the evaluation of impact of pedagogical initiatives.
